D'Arcy Mosher, BBA, BA, CFP®, CIM®

D’Arcy is the founder and managing partner of WealthRite Financial Group. D’Arcy started his career in 1997 as an advisor with London Life servicing the Guelph and surrounding areas. As the financial industry continued to expand their product offering, D’Arcy’s client base continued to grow, and it was at this time in 2000 D’Arcy incorporated with the vision of expanding his sole practice to a team of like-minded financial planners and partners who had the same shared passion of working with clients to understand their financial goals and ensuring their families are protected.

Education and continued learning are important to D’Arcy and the profession of Financial Planning. D’Arcy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Economics Option degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degree from the University of Guelph. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation, and the Chartered Investment Manager® (CIM®) designation.

D’Arcy holds many awards for his continued efforts and professionalism in the field of financial planning including the Million Dollar Round Table, and national Excellence and Elite awards.

D’Arcy lives in Stratford with his daughter, Audrey. When not seeing clients, D’Arcy enjoys travelling, camping and fishing. He also enjoys reading current and classical literature; is an avid music fan who loves attending live performances; and endeavors to be a pinball wizard.

Jason Henderson, CFP®, CHS, FMA

Investment Representative

Jason is a senior partner at WealthRite Financial Group. He started his career out of college helping clients in the banking industry and as an advisor with Freedom 55 Financial. In 2008 Jason decided he wanted to invest in his own business and joined D’Arcy as a business partner providing full financial planning, investment strategies, and insurance solutions for his clients. Jason takes pride in providing his clients with a high-level of service and building lasting relationships.

Jason continues to reach many milestones in his career and consistently is recognized for the national Excellence and Elite awards.

Jason is a graduate of Fanshawe College and holds the following designations:

Financial Management Advisor, FMA

Jason lives in Kitchener and enjoys spending time with his family, travel and playing hockey.

Karen Archer, B.A. Econ., CFP®

Investment Representative

Karen is a senior partner at WealthRite Financial Group. She has been helping clients in the Tri-Cities surrounding areas and her hometown of Coldwater, ON with their investment and insurance needs since 2012. Karen joined the partnership at WealthRite Financial Group alongside D’Arcy and Jason in 2016.

After dealing with her own family crisis, she realized the need for and importance of empowering families, and more specifically single women with their finances. Her joint education and work experience, mathematics background, and love of helping others continues to excel her in this career. She has been awarded many milestones, including the Million Dollar Round Table, and national Excellence and Elite awards.

Karen holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation. She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Sociology.

In her spare time, you will find Karen volunteering with & playing tennis, skiing, and travelling. She is most passionate about her love of sewing and quilting. Karen has 3 grown children who are all pursuing their post-secondary education.

Alisha Cluff

Financial Security Advisor
Investment Representative

Alisha is the newest associate advisor to WealthRite Financial Group. Alisha has been working in the financial services industry for over 21 years starting out as a Marketing Assistant in a financial planning firm then transitioning into a Financial Security Advisor role at Freedom 55 Financial.

Over this time, Alisha has met with many individuals, couples, and families, all with unique, financial challenges. She thoroughly enjoys meeting with clients to learn and understand their needs and concerns before compiling, making recommendations, and implementing a plan.

Alisha takes considerable pride in helping others with their financial journey. She is passionate about understanding her client’s needs and getting to know their concerns and challenges before recommending a plan.

Alisha is committed to learning and education, and continues to offer a high-level of service and stays up-to-date with industry changes. Currently, Alsiha is working on the Certified Financial Planner® designation.

In her spare time, Alisha enjoys spending time with her husband Paul, twin daughters Chantelle and Cassie, and her grandchildren: Rory, Alex and Lucy. You will find Alisha and her husband Paul giving back to the community through coaching Special Olympics soccer and basketball together.

Gay Kukovica, CFP®, CHS

Gay is a senior associate with WealthRite Financial Group. She has been working in the financial industry for 24 years. She started her career with London Life and Freedom 55 Financial and joined D’Arcy in 2009.

Gay is dedicated to providing unbiased and ethical financial advice and service, with a wide variety of industry leading financial products.

She continues to invest in her financial education and holds the following designations and licenses:

Gay has gained an extensive amount of financial experience through the years serving her client base, and enjoys the opportunity to help people, whether it be financial security (with life, disability or health insurance, employee benefits) education savings, retirement, or business and estate planning.

She is successful in seeing financial goals met and follows the capital markets closely.

At home, Gay and her husband enjoy their two Shetland Sheepdogs, Rave and Wolfi. In her spare time, you will find her gardening, cycling or hiking.

Sarah Congi

Sarah Congi joined WealthRite Finanical Group in 2013. Sarah has been working in the financial services industry for over 13 years. Sarah is passionate about working with our team of advisors and with our valued clients.

Sarah oversees the office operations and processing for our advisors. She continues to be committed to supporting our organization and prides herself on furthering our clients’ personal goals. In 2018, Sarah completed the Canadian Investment Funds course.

She currently lives in Fergus, ON with her husband and 2 children.

Viana Klobuch, MSc

Marketing Assistant, Licensed
Masters of Science

Viana joined WealthRite Financial Group in 2016. Viana holds a Masters degree in Economics and has extensive financial experience working in the banking industry in her home country of Poland and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Viana handles the internal operations and processing for our advisors. She takes pride in putting the client’s first and enjoys the comradery of the team at WealthRite.

Viana lives in Guelph with her 2 kids (who are not kids anymore) and dog Jasper. She enjoys family time, loves to travel and is a big soccer fan.

Rikki Norman

Administrative Assistant

Rikki is the newest member of the WealthRite Financial Group team. After studying Gemology at George Brown College she joined our team in 2023. Rikki has a drive for connecting with and helping people. She is passionate about working with others to make a positive change in her community.

As the face of reception, Rikki is ready to serve our clients, assist the team of Advisors, and take on the challenge of accelerating her career in the financial services industry.

She currently lives in Wellington County with her family and enjoys working on art in her spare time.
